Organic Sunflower Lecithin Powder is an allergen-free and certified organic alternative to conventional soy lecithin powder. Made without the use of artificial preservatives, solvents (cold-pressed), flavors or colors. Deoiled sunflower lecithin is an abundant source of essential fatty acids and phospholipids like phosphatidylcholine. It is water dispersible and features increased functionality with a neutral flavor.
